• T8 STONE — 1 ml (2 presses on the pipette cap) to be taken in the morning after breakfast. The concentrate should be dissolved in 250 ml of bottled (not tap water!) water. The full course is 25 days, after which a one-week break is necessary.

Day:

• T8 ERA MIT UP — 1 sachet 30 minutes before meals, once a day.
• T8 MOBIO+ — 1 teaspoon 2 times a day with meals. The product can also be added to various liquids, except milk. The course of taking T8 MOBIO+ is 1 month.

Evening:

• T8 EXTRA 90% — 1 ml (2 squeezes on the pipette cap) dissolve in a glass of water at room temperature (NOT hot), drink before or after dinner, but no later than 19:00.
• T8 STONE — 1 ml (2 presses on the pipette cap) in the evening before going to bed. The concentrate should be dissolved in 250 ml of bottled (not tap water!) water.
